Lynne Carroll welcomes you to the practice of Kundalini Yoga — a path of inner awakening. In these classes, we slow down and drop into the deeper currents within. Through breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and the healing resonance of the gong, we enter a steadier, more spacious place in the body where clarity can rise.
